Incentro becomes the first official LangChain partner in the Netherlands
Building AI agents is one thing. Getting them into production reliably is another. As the first official Platinum LangChain partner in the Netherlands, Incentro now helps organizations locally with enterprise implementations, licensing, and support. At BAS World, the first LangChain-powered AI agents are already running in daily production.
LangChain started off as the world's most widely used open-source framework for building AI agents and has evolved into a comprehensive platform for agent engineering. LangChain’s LangSmith platform brings engineers through the full Agent Development Lifecycle of building, testing, deploying, and monitoring agents.
Global enterprises such as Uber and JPMorgan use LangChain products to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI at enterprise scale.
Incentro has demonstrated its ability to successfully implement LangChain products in complex enterprise environments.

Bringing enterprise LangChain expertise to the Dutch market
Until now, the Netherlands had no official partner for enterprise LangChain implementations. Through this partnership, Incentro changes that. Organizations building with LangChain can now rely on a local partner for the entire implementation journey—from architecture and development to enterprise contracts, licensing, SLAs, and ongoing support.
The direct partnership with LangChain also gives Dutch organizations access to specialist expertise and support from the platform's own team.
Karan Singh, Partnerships Lead at LangChain: "Incentro has demonstrated its ability to successfully implement LangChain products in complex enterprise environments. We're excited to have an official partner in the Netherlands that can bring our technology to market at the highest level."
Three AI agents in production within 90 days
The practical value of the partnership is already evident at BAS World, the international marketplace for trucks and heavy equipment. Together with BAS World, Incentro developed three AI agents for sales, pricing, and customer service in fewer than 90 days.
These agents are now running in production every day, supporting operational processes at scale. BAS World uses a LangChain Enterprise license, with the agents built on the LangChain platform and managed and monitored in production through LangSmith.
Karsten Marijnissen, Field CTO at Incentro: "Through this partnership, we guide customers from their very first architectural decisions all the way to AI agents running successfully in production. We help organizations move beyond AI experimentation to agentic solutions that become an integral part of their day-to-day operations."
