Utrecht, June 13, 2023 - Every year, Mendix organizes the Most Valuable Professional (MVP) election within the Mendix Community. And with great pride, we announce that our Incentronaut - and Mendix consultant - Kasja Maksymiak, has been elected Mendix MVP of 2023!

The Mendix MVP Program highlights developers who contribute to the Mendix Community. So it's quite an honor that our Incentronaut Kasja Maksymiak has been elected Mendix MVP. PROUD!
Kasja's commitment has not gone unnoticed at Mendix. As a Mendix consultant, she is determined to educate the world on why Mendix is the best low-code platform. Not only does she want to convince the company, but she also inspires others to choose a career as a Mendix consultant. Her main goal? To attract talented female Mendix developers, since only 14% of people working in engineering are women. Thus, Kasja organized a walk-in day for girls from Oosterlicht College from Nieuwegein on International Girls in ICT Day.

The IT world needs more diversity. I want to do my part in that within the Mendix Community. It's a great platform with a close and engaged community.
I look forward to sharing the capabilities of Mendix both within and far beyond the community. For me, this recognition goes beyond the technology itself. It is a statement about the importance of diversity within IT.
