Today, Incentro announces that Mathijs Kreugel and Stef Lagomatis, both Board Members of the IT services provider, will leave Incentro's Board as of April 1, 2023, and will then take seats on the company's yet-to-establish Supervisory Board.
Mathijs Kreugel, Board Member Incentro: "In 2020, Incentro has embraced its current purpose: Enabling Sustainable Growth. We believe that growth creates opportunities for everyone. Growth is dynamic, and we want to reflect that in our board of directors. I have been with the company for over 17 years, and Stef Lagomatis has been with the company even longer; over 26 years. It goes without saying that after so many years of working together, it is time for renewal. Together we have grown the company from less than 10 people in 2005 to almost 500 people today. It is a great time to put people with new energy and ideas at the helm."
Stef Lagomatis, Board Member Incentro: "Incentro will soon be required by law to appoint a supervisory board. Mathijs Kreugel and I will make room for new people on the board. It is important to Incentro that our knowledge and experience remain available and accessible to the company. Us joining the Supervisory Board is a great way to make that happen."
Sander Verstoep, the remaining Board Member, will welcome Ms. Arianne Landheer-Beelt, Mr. Ralph Kardolus, and Mr. Tom Wielhouwer to the Incentro Board as of April 1, 2023. The four of them will begin working towards the continued success of the company.
Sander Verstoep, Board Member Incentro: "Over the past few years, I have poured my heart and soul into Incentro with Stef Lagomatis and Mathijs Kreugel to build the company to what it is today. We are proud of twenty-six years of Incentro and I'm looking forward to taking this next step with Arianne, Ralph, and Tom."
