At Incentro, we build frameworks that allow teams to thrive. When AHA Centre found their mission-critical work slowed down by fragmented processess, we stepped in to bridge the gap. We turned operational friction into clarity using monday work management.

Digital transformation is all about clarity. We turned a complex departmental silos into a streamlined, mission-driven ecosystem for AHA Centre.

Navigating the fog of fragmentation

The AHA Centre handles high-stakes humanitarian efforts across 10 ASEAN Member States. However, behind the scenes, their internal processes were hampered by "Information Islands".

  • The Mission Alignment Gap: Every department has its own projects, but connecting these back to the organization’s Yearly Plan was a manual, labor-intensive grind. By the time reports were finished, the data was already stale.
  • The Collaboration Wall: Disaster management is interdisciplinary. Without a shared workspace, "joint venture" projects between departments suffered from duplicated efforts and identifying who owns what.
  • The Information Island: When your primary tools are Excel and email, data gets trapped. This lack of visibility created a blind spot for leadership, making it nearly impossible to pivot resources when the mission demanded it.

A Digital Nervous System

By leveraging monday work management, we transformed the AHA Centre’s Yearly Plan from a static document into a living, breathing ecosystem.

  • Connecting Strategy to Execution: We built a hierarchy where every task, regardless of the department, is logically linked to the AHA Centre’s Missions.
  • Putting Productivity on Autopilot: To kill the "busy work", we deployed custom automations. Milestone reminders and approval notifications now fire off automatically, allowing the AHA Centre’s experts to focus on disaster coordination rather than manual status updates.
  • The Command Centre View: We developed centralized, real-time dashboards. These hubs aggregate data from every corner of the organization, giving management the power to identify trends, spot risks, and optimize resources with a single click.

About AHA Centre

The AHA Centre (ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on disaster management) is the beating heart of disaster response in Southeast Asia. Based in Jakarta, they serve as the primary regional hub for coordination, monitoring, and mobilization during crises. Their mission is high-stakes: ensuring that 10 ASEAN Member States act as one when disaster strikes. In this environment, operational delays are a barrier to saving lives.
