Program

The event program consists of presentations of our marketing and data specialists, about the steps towards data-driven marketing. In two presentations, we’ll tell you the ins and outs about subjects related to conversion and retention: ownership of your data, from data to information, predicting data and the personalization of your customer approach (relevancy). Also, we’ll share some of our cases.

In the second part of the event, we will have 1-on-1 conversations with attendees, in which we give personal advice. During these sessions, the other attendees will join a discussion panel about subjects related to the conversion rate, customer approach and customer satisfaction.
