For the tenth year in a row, Incentro’s vision leads to a substantial growth of revenue. In the first six months of 2015, the ICT-service provider achieved a revenue of 13.1 million euros, an increase of 30 percent compared to the first half of 2014. The result increased with almost 11 percent. That happiness also leads to strong financial results is also underlined by these new semi-annual results.

Stef Lagomatis, Board Member of Incentro, and runner, explains the results.
“The stimulation of entrepreneurship is one of the ways to facilitate employee happiness. The initiatives vary from buying shares to establishing a new branch. You can become an ‘intrapreneur’ by penetrating a new service or market under the Incentro label. Our Spanish and Turkish branches are a nice example of this and they are currently contributing to a relevant share of the revenue and profit. It is nice to see that our organizational culture has also proven successful in these countries and leads to good results. Also, within our own country, we keep growing and expanding. For example, we established two new start-ups at the beginning of the year.”
