The Incentro clients ask me to gather information about their processes, information flows or knowledge and give them an advice about improvements. My role is to guide and help the management and the workers in accepting the change or to provide the client with an analyze on the current situation in relation to the future possibilities (functional design). In my private life I practice several sports and am a mother of 3 children.
