Because of this Talents program a need for what was soon to be known as the AZ Online Football School arose. This is an online platform for sharing knowledge on everything that has to do with running a professional football club. This platform is realized by Incentro in Drupal’s Open Source CMS.

The website can be found on http://www.azonlinevoetbalschool.nl/. Access to certain parts is protected; there are agreements between AZ and the football clubs on the conditions at which the protected areas are opened. Especially the online videos containing explanations and examples of exercises are very popular.
